We’ve lived here for almost a year and just renewed for another. The building has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with friendly residents and an incredibly kind, responsive staff. The quality construction, thoughtful design, and functionality of the space make everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. What really made me feel at home from the start was the staff’s friendliness and willingness to help.

I cannot recommend JLofts highly enough. Great location! Coming from NYC where we were accustomed to doormen, laundry service, etc – JLofts has it all. The team is wonderful – always accommodative. We’ve barely taken advantage of all of the amenities available, but we have loved our time here.

I moved into J-Lofts over the Holidays and the staff made we feel truly welcomed and at-home. I know every member of the concierge staff by name and when I have friends or family visit, they always remark about how friendly and professional everyone is. I am in a large studio and am looking into upgrading to a one-bedroom. I highly recommend J-Lofts. It has great amenities (rooftop terrace, indoor and outdoor common areas, and Equinox on the grounds) at an affordable price point.

JLofts is a wonderful place to live… we love it! The clubroom and rooftop deck are great, and the property is kept meticulous and is well managed. We also love that JLofts is walking distance to downtown with all its fine restaurants and shopping.

The staff at the JLofts are so accessible and regularly make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your apartment and all of the other amenities the building has to offer. I have loved the JLofts from the moment I toured the property. I fell in love with the high ceilings, European kitchens, and beautiful wood floors. Diana the building manager is absolutely lovely and works very hard to make sure you’re comfortable and settled. If there is something that needs to be taken care of, she makes it her priority and gets it done immediately. Every single concierge is polite and always willing to help. The building is always kept extremely clean, making me feel like I am living in a luxury hotel. The rooftop is my favorite place to sit in the summer and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a bbq at night. The building is dog friendly and has some of the cutest, friendliest pups, which is ALWAYS a bonus.

I am brand new to the JLofts and could not be happier. I have lived in a house for 30 years and have just settled into apartment living. I love it here. Diana was amazing throughout the entire leasing process. She is so kind and helpful and is always available to answer any question you may have. In addition, Mike, Amanda, Roman and Drew are a spectacular concierge team. They always greet you with a smile, help with your packages, hold a door for you, or hang on to your dog’s leash if your hands are full. This leads me to the best part of the JLofts… they are dog friendly! It makes me so happy seeing all the sweet puppies. The JLofts is kept immaculately clean. The apartments are gorgeous and have modern appliances. I truly feel like I am living in luxury! I cannot wait to enjoy the beautiful rooftop when the weather warms up. I feel very lucky to be part of the JLofts family.

JLofts was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort when we decided to move our family from NYC. Having Equinox across the street and a short walk to Greenwich Avenue, allowed us to still have a mix of both worlds.

I’ve lived at JLofts for over 3 years. We love our apt! It’s a “boutique” building which makes it feel super cozy! The building has a great staff. Management is super on top of every detail. A bonus you can’t beat is the location! The people make JLofts feel like home. We have made many friends in the building & even started a book club! I love that it’s dog friendly too!!
